Refund Policy

Effective date: March 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Warmy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Warmy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Free trial

All paid plans (Starter and Pro) include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. No refund is required for cancellations made during the free trial.

2. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@warmy.io. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the following billing period.
  • We do not provide pro-rata refunds for any unused portion of the current billing period.

3. Refund eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of the start of your first paid billing cycle (excluding the free trial) if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund under this policy, contact us at support@warmy.io with your account email and reason for the request.

After 7 days from your first paid charge, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction).

4. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the first paid charge.
  • Charges for renewal cycles after the initial subscription period.
  • Partial months or unused warmup email quota within a billing cycle.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment processor. If you paid by card, the timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or distance-selling laws in your country or region. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under such laws, please contact us and we will assess your request accordingly.
